Fundraising

Welcome to our fundraising page
Your support means the world to us. Together, we can make a real difference.
We want to ensure that PANS and PANDAS are recognised in the UK and access to diagnosis, treatment and support is freely available to all.
Your support will help us to make this vision a reality.
Whether you run 5K, do a sponsored skydive or host your very own Bake Off, you’ll help us build a brighter tomorrow for people living with PANS and PANDAS across the UK.
Every penny raised means we can do more to push for lasting positive change, so that no family is left to face these conditions alone.
How can you help us raise funds?
Challenge yourself or get together with others to do something fun for PANS and PANDAS

Individually
- Ready, set, bake! Host a sponsored afternoon tea with friends and family.
- Clear your clutter. Clean out your wardrobe and sell unwanted items, then donate the proceeds.
- Fingers on the controllers. Host a competitive gaming night, Monopoly anyone?
- Set yourself a running, walking or cycling challenge. Check if there is a charity running event near you, or set up your own!
As a group
- Challenge yourselves. Support one another through an adventurous bike ride, sponsored paddle or swim.
- Get cosy. Host a movie night and ask friends and family to make a donation.
- Got green fingers? Why not offer to mow your friends’ and neighbours’ lawns in exchange for a small donation.
- Feeling sporty? Organise a sponsored football match or game of rounders.
The options are endless, but remember, whatever you do will help us to continue making a real difference for young people and their families as they navigate life with PANS and PANDAS.
