More Press Coverage for PANS and PANDAS

It is great to see PANS and PANDAS getting more coverage in the press, with this new article in the Daily Mail published yesterday.

In the article, health journalist John Naish discusses the symptoms and impacts of the conditions and delves into the wider medical context surrounding infectious triggers for neuropsychiatric symptoms in both children and adults.

It is heartening to see the incredible effort being put into improving awareness, understanding and treatment of PANS and PANDAS beginning to bear fruit. The collaborative effort from the PANS PANDAS Steering Group, the PANS PANDAS All-Party Parliamentary Group and the incredibly brave and resilient PANS PANDAS community is ensuring that these conditions are known about and that the drive for appropriate treatment on the NHS is accelerated.

Our sincere thanks go to the Senior family for their courage in sharing their story and raising awareness.
