Support during the holidays

We’re taking a little Christmas break!

Our team has worked so very hard this year, and now it’s time for them to rest, recharge, and enjoy the festive season with their loved ones.

We’ll be closed from Monday 22nd December and will return, refreshed and ready to support you again on Monday 5th January 2026. During this time, we won’t be able to respond to messages, so thank you for your patience – we’ll get back to you as soon as possible after we return.

In addition, so that we can allow our extremely hardworking team of volunteer Facebook group moderators a well-deserved rest, the Facebook Support Group will also temporarily pause from 24th-26th December. Don’t worry, you will still be able to search and view all existing posts and comments, however, new activity will not be possible.

This does not mean you or your loved ones are alone this Christmas. Should you need any further information, help or support during this time please reach out to one of these wonderful organisations and alternative support groups.

From all of us here at PANS PANDAS UK, we wish you peace over this festive season.
