Thank you SEND network

Date Published: 28/07/2025

We would like to thank the SEND Network for working with us to raise awareness of PANS and PANDAS.

Together, we have developed clear and accessible fact sheets to support schools and professionals in recognising and responding to these often misunderstood conditions. The resources contain information for educators about what to look out for, and the next steps they can take to support children and young people affected by the conditions.

Our goal is for everyone working with children and young people to be aware of PANS and PANDAS. These resources are a practical step toward better understanding and support.

“It is so important to raise awareness of PANS and PANDAS and how SEND practitioners can support children in their settings who might have these conditions. We are therefore very happy to share as much information as possible on the SEND Network – these downloadable factsheets are a great place to start” – Torie Hart, SEND Network Community Manager
