Don’t know where to start?

Date Published: 19/01/2026

When a child becomes unwell, life can feel overwhelming. This is especially true in complex conditions like PANS and PANDAS.

Navigating support services, finding reliable resources, and connecting with others who understand can be daunting. Our community has told us how important clarity and reassurance is during difficult times. Professionals have told us they want support to find the right resources to help the patients, clients, pupils and families they are working with.

Join a welcome tour of our website, resources and information for families and professionals wanting to know more about PANS or PANDAS

These live, interactive one-hour sessions walk through everything our charity offers, providing a clear introduction to:

  • Our resources – where to find the latest, most relevant, practical tools and information for you
  • Our training – available to medical and educational professionals
  • Our Facebook group – tips on how to connect with others, share experiences, and get the most out of this supportive community.

This tour isn’t just about learning where things are, it’s about feeling less alone. As one parent recently shared:

“I feel so overwhelmed since my child has become unwell. It would be really helpful for someone to explain the charity and what’s on offer to me clearly.”

  • Learn more about PANS and PANDAS, and how your child may be feeling
  • Learn about our resources on symptom management, neurodivergence, healthcare, education and so much more
  • Understand how and where to access the help and support your family need
  • Discover inspiring real life stories, videos, artwork and poetry
  • Hear about new ways to volunteer, fundraise and be part of the charity’s community.

When is the next tour?

We hold a tour on Tuesdays, one every month:
