Regional support group – Essex

PANS and PANDAS can be really isolating. Why not pop along and meet other local families for a cuppa and a chat?
I’m pleased to share that the PANS PANDAS Essex Support Group is meeting this month in Chalkwell for a walk and talk.
We’ll meet at 2pm at Chalkwell beach near Saltwater cafe and walk to Drift cafe, near Leigh station for refreshments before heading back. The walk is about 30 mins each way, so with a little stop halfway, could take 90mins total. I’ll be bringing my dog and kids are also welcome if they can manage the distance.
