PANS mentioned in Together Scotland’s State of Children’s Rights Report 2024
Together Scotland – The Scottish Alliance for Children’s Rights, launched their State of Children’s Rights report on 6th December 2024 – one year after the Scottish Parliament unanimously voted to incorporate the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child into law in Scotland.
A young person with PANS shared their experience in education as part of Together Scotland’s consultation on children’s rights, which has been included in the official report.

We thank Toby for sharing their experience, and we hope that by doing so, it will help to grow awareness of PANS and PANDAS in Scotland, supporting PANS PANDAS UK’s goal of ensuring that the rights of children and young people affected by the conditions are being met.
