Wendy Chamberlain, MP for North East Fife, raised the issue of PANS and PANDAS at Prime Minister’s Questions on Awareness Day

We were delighted to see Wendy Chamberlain MP raise a question in Parliament today regarding PANS and PANDAS. More specifically, the question raised was in regard to whether it should be for a charity to fund the research, analysis and pathway needed in order to obtain adequate support for people living with PANS and PANDAS. Adding to this, Wendy Chamberlain went on to ask the Prime Minister if he could facilitate a meeting with the Department of Health and Social Care.

The Prime Minister responded with thanks for raising the issue and confirmation that he would facilitate that meeting in order to take the issue further forward.
