These pocket-size awareness cards have been designed to aid conversations around the neuropsychiatric conditions PANS and PANDAS, and to support individuals who may need urgent access to public facilities.

Each card contains information about PANS and PANDAS, how your symptoms may appear, tips for how others can support you, a QR code for our website and a symbol to reflect the need for toilet access.

Sold in packs of five.
